Deacon William C. Timmel

     I was born and raised on Long Island NY; the youngest of four children. I received my Catholic education at St. Luke's, Whitestone, NY & St. Mary's, Manhasset, NY and went on to receive a BS in Business Admin. from Villanova Univ. (go 'Cats!) in 1968. 1968 - 1970, I served in the US Army. in 1974, I received my JD from St. John's Univ. School of Law and have been engaged in private law practice in Newtown, CT since 1988.

     I married Caryl (LoGrasso) Timmel in 1971 and we are the proud parents of four children and grandparents of seven (so far).

     I was ordained as Permanent Deacon in 1992 and was assigned to, and served at, St. Patrick Parish (now Sacred Heart - St. Patrick Parish) from 1992 - 2022. I am an Advocate for the Marriage Tribunal.
